Movies - The NEW Star Trek

Well Paramount cast the new Star Trek. What do you think?


How long till Lucas decides to re-make the original trilogy I wonder.

I am interested to see the take on this franchise - the casting makes me think it could be almost campy...aka "Harold and Sylar go to the Romulan Nebulae"

As for Lucas - I put the over under at 15 years before the remake happens. Then again, by that point we will have had 17 new versions to buy of both trilogies on new and improved visions and formats.

I ran into a buddy last night who is working on the new trek and he says it's pretty cool...so I have high hopes.
